Why Fresh Pasta?

Fresh pasta is made with simple ingredients and without additives or processing steps used to keep boxed pasta shelf stable. The dough is mixed, rested, and cut to be eaten soon, not preserved, which gives it a softer texture and real flavor.

Storebought pasta is pushed through high pressure dies, dried at high heat, and often includes ingredients that help it hold its shape. It is convenient, but it is not made with nutrition or taste as the priority.

Fresh pasta is a cleaner product. It cooks fast, feels lighter, and makes it easier to build a more balanced meal with vegetables, proteins, and simple sauces.

I’ve always loved experimenting in the kitchen, and cooking has become one of my favorite ways to create and connect. Macy’s Table is my small-batch kitchen business where I offer handmade pasta and baked goods, made with simple ingredients. Each item is made to order and available for local pickup or delivery on Saturdays.

Beyond the weekly menu, I also use this space to share what I’ve been cooking at home. My Table is where you’ll find cozy meals, recipe experiments, and dishes I’ve made just for fun.
